Personal Profile
教育科研经历： 单强，中国医学科学院系统医学研究院/苏州系统医学研究所研究员，北京协和医学院助理教授，博士生导师。2013年博士毕业于中国科学院北京基因组研究所。2013-2022年先后在美国哈佛大学、爱荷华大学从事博士后研究工作。主要研究T细胞关键调控因子在CD8 T细胞抗感染过程中的作用，发现并解析了Tcf1、Lef1和Runx3等转录因子在CD8 T细胞稳态增殖、效应细胞应答和免疫记忆中的关键分子机制。这一系列研究为优化疫苗设计和免疫治疗提供新的干预靶点，具有潜在临床转化价值。主要研究成果以第一或通讯作者身份发表在Nature Immunology (2017、2022a、2022b和2024) 、Nature Communications (2021) 、Cellular & Molecular Immunology (2021) 等专业期刊。相关研究成果被Faculty of 1000 推荐，并被Nature Reviews Immunology、Immunological Reviews、Trends in Immunology等高水平综述杂志引用。目前主持国家级青年海外高层次人才项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目和医科院创新工程项目等多项课题。 欢迎免疫学、生物学、医学、生物信息学背景学生报考！
