Personal Profile
杨志英，男，主任医师，教授，中日友好医院普通外科、肝胆胰外科主任，擅长肝、胆、胰、脾及甲状腺等普外科疾病的诊断和外科治疗，尤其擅长肝胆胰疾病专业内疑难病例的诊断治疗，在肝癌、胆管癌和胰腺癌的手术为主的综合治疗有丰富经验。1991年毕业于中国医科大学临床医学系并分配到北京协和医院外科工作，1996年至2011年在协和医院基本外科及肝脏外科工作，2011年5月调任中日友好医院担任肝胆外科主任，2018年担任普外科主任、肝胆胰外科主任。 30多年来，工作在临床第一线，在普外科及肝胆胰外科领域积累了丰富的临床经验。创造2011年至今连续250余例常规胰十二指肠切除术无外科相关死亡、围手术期总死亡率小于1%的记录及肝胆胰外科复杂疑难手术围手术期死亡小于1%的记录。国际上率先开展腹腔镜巨大肝血管瘤剥除术。在疑难复杂胰源性低血糖综合征术中应用快速胰岛素监测指导手术等。应用MDT和综合治疗理念，使胰腺癌、胆管癌及肝癌的术后5年生存率达到17%、22%、55%的国际先进水平。 以第一作者及通讯作者在国内外医学杂志发表论文100余篇，其中SCI论文50余篇。参与编写及翻译专业著作4部。承担协和医科大学及北京大学医学部本科生及研究生教学工作，为首都医科大学博士生导师、协和医科大学硕士生导师、北大医学部硕士生导师、北京中医药大学硕士生导师及中日友好医院临床医学研究所硕士导师。
