Personal Profile

香港中文大学哲学博士（Ph. D），研究员，二级专业技术岗位。药物分析专业硕士研究生导师（中国食品药品检定研究院）、药物分析专业博士生导师（清华大学/北京协和医学院）、中药化学专业博士生导师（北京中医药大学）。现任中国食品药品检定研究院中药民族药检定所所长、世界卫生组织传统医药合作中心（WHOCC）主任、国家药品监督管理局中药质量研究与评价重点实验室主任、《药物分析杂志》执行主编、国家科技部重点领域创新团队“中药质量与安全标准研究创新团队”负责人。 中国药学会药物分析专业委员会主任委员、中国中药协会中药质量与安全专业委员会主任委员、国家药典委员（第九届、十届、十一届）、国家药典委员会中药风险评估专业委员会主任委员、中国中药协会中药数字化专业委员会名誉主任委员、中华中医药学会中药分析专业委员会副主任委员、世界中医药学会联合会中药分析专业委员会副主任委员、全国中药标准化技术委员会副主任委员、美国药典委员会东亚专家组委员、国家中药保护品种审评委员会委员、中国兽药典委员会委员等。 2008年享受国务院政府特殊津贴；2009年获中国药学发展奖杰出青年学者奖（中药）；2012年获中国药学发展奖食品药品质量检测技术奖突出成就奖；2013年获第十四届吴阶平-保罗•杨森医学药学奖； 2013年国家科技部重点领域创新团队 “中药质量与安全标准研究创新团队”负责人；入选2014年国家百千万人才工程入选人员名单，并被授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号；2016年入选第二批国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才人选名单； 2019年第四届中国药学会—以岭生物医药创新奖；2020年中国药学会“最美科技工作者”。 教育经历 （1）1999.2-2002.3  香港中文大学（The Chinese University of Hong Kong, CUHK），生物 (Biology)＆中药学，博士（Ph.
