Personal Profile
曹永彤，医学博士，教授、主任医师，博士研究生导师，中日友好医院检验科、输血科主任。相继从事心血管临床医疗、检验、输血治疗工作。现兼任中国中西医结合学会检验医学专业委员会候任主任委员、中华医学会检验分会委员、北京医学会检验医学分会候任主任委员、中华检验医学杂志副总编等。承担多项国家科技部支撑课题、国家自然科学基金课题、国家“863”专项及北京市首都特色专项课题。目前在研国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，发表学术论文累计163篇，其中SCI论文56篇，获发明专利11项，副主编/参编专著4部，牵头撰写《中国早期胃癌筛查检验技术专家共识》、《临床检验样本转运及保存规范化专家共识》、《县级医院医学检验科建设和管理指南》等3部指南和专家共识。

曹永彤团队依托于北京市临床检验重点专科和国家呼吸医学中心、国家中西医结合医学中心，研究围绕临床诊疗中常见慢病和疑难病的生物标志物挖掘与验证，发挥临床检验诊断学在疾病诊断中的作用。主要研究方向：慢性肾病及心血管疾病诊断标志物的临床应用及基础研究，具体包括：Lp-PLA2/LPC作为糖尿病肾脏疾病内皮功能紊乱标志物的临床价值及其机制研究；FTO通过m6A修饰LINC00921调控细胞铁死亡在糖尿病心肌梗死中的临床价值及机制研究。研究团队有博导和硕导各1名，在读博士生和硕士生共5名。
