研究员，博士生导师，中国医学科学院药用植物研究所生物技术研究中心副主任。中国协和医科大学理学博士，2007年作为访问学者在美国 University of Texas Medical Branch进修。兼任国家食品药品监督管理局新药评审专家，国家自然基金、北京市自然基金、天津市自然基金项目评审专家，ISO/TC249中医药国际标准项目评审专家；中国中药协会人参属药用植物研究发展委员会常务委员，国家技术标准创新基地（人参产业）理事会常务理事及专家委员会委员，中药资源生态专业委员会委员，中国植物保护学会化感专业委员会委员，北京植物病理学会理事。先后主持国家科技攻关、科技支撑、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然基金及省部级科研项目或子课题40余项。《中国中药杂志》、《中国现代中药》、《植物保护》、《核农学报》等杂志编委。主要研究方向：药用植物病害防治及土壤生态调控；中药材连作障碍机理及克服技术；药用植物生物活性成分及植物源农药开发；中药材真菌毒素污染与防控。
