近十年来，本课题组先后对来源水果和干果中的天然活性成分，利用制剂技术，提高食品中天然活性成分的生物利用度，并评价其在抗肥胖、高尿酸、骨质疏松和糖尿病并发症等方面的功效，取得了多项专利成果。
