张连军博士2011年于中国科学院动物研究所获得免疫学博士学位,2012-2018年在瑞士洛桑大学路德维格癌症研究中心做肿瘤免疫学博士后,于2018年底加入苏州系统医学研究所,担任肿瘤免疫及免疫代谢研究组长,北京协和医学院博士生导师。目前重点研究方向为CD8 T细胞命运决定/代谢重编程的机制及肿瘤浸润T细胞功能/代谢衰竭新的分子机制;肿瘤微环境的代谢及表观遗传学调控机制等。主持江苏省杰出青年基金,国家自然科学基金委面上项目,苏州系统所启动经费,及瑞士MEDIC基金会项目多项。以通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Metabolicm, Cell Metabolism, Science Advances, Cellular and Molecular Immunology, Journal for Immunotherapy of Cancer, Cancer Immunology Research, Trends in Cancer, Trends Mol Med等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇,共发表文章60余篇,他引4300多次。担任中国国家自然科学基金委,法国国家健康与医学研究院(INSERM)及荷兰Dutch LSBR基金会项目评审专家。任The Innovation, Translational Oncology编委,Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology客座副编辑。中国抗癌协会肿瘤生物治疗委员会委员;中国免疫学会肿瘤免疫与生物治疗分会委员。
