2022年北京大学博士毕业后被破格录取为中国医学科学院血液病医院（中国医学科学院血液学研究所）副研究员、博士生导师，并获聘中国医学科学院北京协和医学院准聘长聘系列助理教授。2022年度吴瑞奖学金获得者。
