Personal Profile
刘宇璇，中国医学科学院血液病医院血液学研究所院研究员，博士生导师。2006年考入山东大学生物技术专业，2010年获得学士学位。2014年获得美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校数学科学硕士学位。2016年获得美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校分子与细胞生物学博士学位。2016-2020年在美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心从事博士后研究工作，主要研究白血病转化的分子机制以及非编码区在血液肿瘤中的调控作用。
团队简介
Team Profile
本研究团队致力于结合高通量组学与生物信息学方法，融合分子生物学与基因编辑等实验技术，系统解析致病基因的遗传及表观遗传调控机制。团队与临床科室建立紧密合作，基于真实世界患者样本开展研究，聚焦血液系统恶性肿瘤的发生发展机制与潜在诊疗靶点的挖掘。现有博士后研究人员1名、科研助理1名、在读硕博研究生6名。近年来，团队负责人以通讯作者或第一作者（含共同）在《Cancer Discovery》（2019、2020）、《Nature Communications》（2020、2021）、《Nature Genetics》（2021）以及《Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics》（2024）等国际权威期刊发表多篇研究论文，
