Personal Profile
刘辉，博士、研究员、博士生导师，现任中国医学科学院医学信息研究所所长，健康管理研究室主任，联合实验室主任，中国医学科学院医学与健康政策研究中心主任，《中国医药导报》主编，Informatics and Health 执行主编。长期从事医学信息学，健康管理学，生命伦理学研究。先后主持国家重点研发计划、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程等科研课题。研究成果发表在Information Processing & Management、Gastroenterology、Hepatology International等国际知名期刊。主讲北京协和医学院1门八年制本科生课程、2门研究生课程，执笔完成多部政府咨询报告，组织编纂本领域多部专著。现兼任世界卫生组织卫生和生物医学信息合作中心主任、中国科技情报学会常务理事、中国伦理学会健康伦理专业委员会常务理事、中国医师协会人文医学专业委员会副主任委员兼总干事、北京大学医学信息咨询中心特聘研究员，医药学标准出版与文化创新智库暨人民卫生出版社专家指导委员会专家，曾任中华护理学会信息产业工作委员会副主任委员。
