团队简介

Team Profile

本团队由卢善发研究员（博导），李彩丽副研究员（硕导）以及3名助理研究员组成，主要从事药用活性成分生物合成与调控的分子机制研究。以丹参、夏枯草、北马兜铃和连翘等药用植物为研究对象，通过全基因组测序，转录组、代谢组和小RNA组分析以及基因功能鉴定，揭示药用活性成分生物合成与调控的分子机制，探讨用合成生物学手段生产药效物质。
