中国医学科学院医学信息研究所/图书馆副所馆长，研究员，国家人口与健康科学数据中心副主任兼平台工程技术中心主任，广电总局医学融合出版知识技术重点实验室主任，兼任中华医学会医学信息学分会第八届委员会主任委员、中华中医药学会中医药信息学分会副主任委员、中国科学技术情报学会技术专业委员会委员、全国信息与标准化技术委员会委员，《医学信息学杂志》主编，《Journal of Healthcare Informatics Research》、《Artificial Intelligence in Medicine》、《情报工程》、《数据分析与知识发现》、《数字图书馆论坛》等期刊编委。主要研究方向是医学知识组织、科学数据管理和医学信息学，侧重于语义化信息组织、智能信息检索、智能信息处理等关键技术及医学领域应用研究。主持完成国家科技部、卫生健康委、工程院、世界卫生组织等资助课题50余项，以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外核心期刊发表论文100余篇。
