Personal Profile

庾石山,博士,中国医学科学院药物研究所研究员、博士生导师。现任“天然药物及核药基础与新药创制”全国重点实验室主任。国家杰青、长江学者。兼任中国药学会理事会常务理事、中国药学会中药和天然药物专业委员会主任、国家药典委员会标准物质专业委员会副主任和SCI期刊《Journal of Asian Natural Products Research》主编。 主要从事天然药物化学和创新药物研究,取得系列创新成果: 1. 首次应用多学科及自创技术,科学解密了濒危动物药材熊胆和羚羊角复杂体系作用的黑匣子,创制出熊胆和羚羊角的高技术替代品人工熊胆粉和仿生羚羊角粉。实现人工麝香规模化生产,解决国家重大需求与濒危动物保护的难题。 2. 创建动植物药材复杂体系中大分子和微量活性物质的发现与制造新技术体系,实现了过去难以发现和获取的活性物质的高效发现与制造,推动天然药物研究的发展。 3. 攻克有毒药用植物毒效成分研究难题,发现新结构和毒效化合物数量居国际首位,阐明了多个重要活性分子的作用靶蛋白和新颖的分子机制,为质量安全标准制定及新药研发奠定基础。 以第一完成人获国家科技进步二等奖1项和省部级一等奖3项。以主要完成人获国家科技进步一等奖和二等奖各1项。获何梁何利科学与技术进步奖。以通讯(含共同通讯)作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Signal Transduct. Target. Ther.,Chem. Sci.等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文170余篇。授权国际国内发明专利27项。
