个人简介
Personal Profile
2005年博士毕业于中国协和医科大学病理学与病理生理学专业,同年留校工作。2007年获全国优秀博士学位论文奖,同年到美国国家卫生研究院质谱实验室访问学习。2008年被聘为中国医学科学院基础医学研究所副研究员,2010年至中心实验室工作,负责质谱中心工作,现为质谱中心负责人。主要研究方向:质谱检测技术及其临床应用。在国内首先采用液质联用方法分析尿液蛋白质组学,并开发了微波辅助方法快速酶切样品,可以大规模进行临床样品的快速处理。近年主要利用质谱技术进行精准医学研究,通过蛋白质组学和代谢组学分析,与临床医院合作,研究了各种疾病的蛋白质标志物,并建立了国际上最大的体液蛋白质组学数据库。

本平台现有工作人员4人,均为多年从事质谱检测分析人员,可以进行蛋白质组、代谢组、脂质组及多组学分析,发表SCI文章20余篇,主持和参与和多项国家级省部级课题。
