栾杰 教授、博士导师， 乳房美容整形与再造专家，现任中国医学科学院整形外科医院副院长，中华医学会整形外科学会候任主任委员、乳房整形美容专业学组组长，中国整形美容协会常务理事、内窥镜整形外科分会会长，亚洲乳房整形与重建学会第四届主席、常务理事。 乳房整形与再造专家，内窥镜隆胸技术的开拓者和倡导者，长年从事乳房美容整形与再造的前沿技术与疑难杂症的临床与研究工作，因创立“分离式”内窥镜辅助双平面隆乳技术享誉海内外， 多次受邀在国际上进行技术培训和手术示范。首次提出“高位双平面”技术， 创建了一套基于三维数据的隆乳术前设计系统; 研究并提出了静脉增流腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣理论和技术，研究开展了TRAM与DIEP联合皮瓣乳房再造术、内窥镜辅助背阔肌肌瓣切取乳房再造术、SIEA搭桥静脉增流DIEP皮瓣乳房再造术等一系列创新技术。在国内率先开展了SIEA皮瓣乳房再造、BRAVA辅助脂肪移植乳房再造、脱细胞异体真皮辅助假体乳房再造等新技术。 开展了国际领先的三维数字化技术乳房整形测量与评价研究，在国际上处于领先地位。主译出版《乳房再次整形外科手术学》，主持制定了我国第一部《假体隆乳术临床技术指南》、《假体隆乳术检查随访临床参考标准》、《乳腺癌切除后乳房再造临床技术指南》等权威技术文件，承担完成多项国家临床重点项目、北京市自然基金等科研项目，获中国协和医科大学“优秀教师”、美国赛克勒“中国医师奖”等。
