个人简介
Personal Profile
杨琳，医学博士，副主任医师，硕士研究生导师。2000年毕业于中国医科大学医学信息学系，同年考入中国医科大学肿瘤研究所攻读肿瘤学硕士学位。2003年硕士毕业后来中国医学科学院肿瘤医院病理科工作，2013年获得清华大学北京协和医学院肿瘤学博士学位，2016年获聘北京协和医学院硕士研究生导师。2016-2017年赴美国UT Southwestern Medical Center做访问学者，师从著名病理学家Adi F Gazda及定量生物学家Yang Xie教授，在肺癌分子病理学、人工智数字病理学在肺癌中的应用方面进行了较深入的探索。多年来，一直从事临床病理工作，在肿瘤病理诊断及研究方面积累了丰富的临床经验。近年来重点从事胸部肿瘤包括肺癌、胸腺瘤等相关病理研究，负责主持医科院创新工程、中央高校创新基金、北京希望马拉松重点课题等7项，参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金项目多项。参与发表SCI论文60余篇，其中第一或通讯作者30余篇，谷歌学术论文他引频次超过1400余次。

充分发挥病理桥梁学科，围绕肺癌临床病理转化研究充与胸外科、放疗科、影像科、生物信息学等多方合作。合作团队目前30余人，包括学术型硕博生、专业型硕博生，团队成员团结协作，不同学科优势互补，共同协作产出科研成果。
