Personal Profile
医学博士，博士生导师，现任胰胃外科行政副主任、大外科党总支书记。1998年获中国协和医科大学博士学位。2000年曾在英国皇家癌症研究所从事肿瘤分子生物学研究，2001年在香港基督教医院学习腹腔镜技术。 长期致力于胃癌、胃间质瘤、结直肠癌、胰腺癌、神经内分泌肿瘤的诊断和外科治疗，尤其擅长消化道肿瘤的腹腔镜微创治疗。在胃癌淋巴结清扫、结肠癌规范性手术，直肠癌保留功能手术，胰腺十二指肠切除及术后并发症的处理等方面积累了丰富的经验。注重探索早期胃癌、进展期胃癌治疗的新模式，主要研究方向：1、创新性地利用双镜联合的方式，对高风险早期胃癌进行内镜ESD治疗和吲哚菁绿标记腹腔镜前哨淋巴结活检，探索早期胃癌精准治疗新模式；2、创新性地利用双镜联合的方式治疗包括十二指肠神经内分泌肿瘤、十二指肠早癌等十二指肠占位，为临床处理这部分复杂肿瘤提供新思路，有望将来进一步改写指南；3、制定了早期胃癌非治愈性内镜切除术后的治疗策略，为制定内镜切除不足后的补救措施提供了重要理论依据；4、以前瞻性随机对照临床试验，在国际上率先证实了术后S1联合调强放疗对行胃癌根治术且有淋巴结转移患者的有效性及安全性；5、深入研究胃癌腹膜转移机制，通过腹腔冲洗液MRD为胃癌患者腹膜转移风险分层及个性化治疗提供依据；6、验证患者来源胃癌类器官药物敏感性与患者化疗反应的一致性，探索胃癌患者围术期个体化治疗新模式。 在科研工作上，作为项目负责人先后承担多项国家级、省部级科研课题，包括国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、首都卫生发展科研专项等，科研经费充足。目前担任《结直肠癌肝转移外科治疗策略与实践》副主编，《微创肿瘤外科学》副主译，担任《中国肿瘤康复与临床》编委，《中国肿瘤临床》、《中华肿瘤杂志》、《中国医药科学》等杂志审稿专家。参与《胰腺癌》、《腹部外科肿瘤治疗病例讨论精选》等多部肿瘤学专著的编写工作。 近5年以通讯作者或第一作者发表SCI论文40余篇，包括Journal of Hematology＆Oncology，International Journal of Surgery，Gastric Cancer等知名杂志。累计培养硕士研究生9名、博士研究生9名，并于2016年获肿瘤医院优秀博士生指导教师。
