Personal Profile

潘湘斌,国家心血管病中心、阜外医院副院长兼结构性心脏病中心主任,国家区域医疗中心、云南省阜外心血管病医院执行院长及中国医学科学院阜外医院深圳医院执行院长,第一位心脏内、外科双博士研究生导师,国家高层次人才计划领军人才,全国优秀科技工作者。国家卫健委结构性心脏病介入质控中心主任,美国胸外科医生协会(STS)、欧洲心脏病协会(ESC)、心血管介入协会(SCAI)及美国心脏病学院(ACC)外籍资深专家。 潘湘斌教授国际首创以单纯超声引导为核心的心血管疾病介入技术体系,构建了具有完全自主知识产权的技术、器械、设备一体化中国方案,基于超声引导发明治疗不同心血管疾病的新技术17项,获专利60余项,受邀到法国、德国、加拿大、俄罗斯、肯尼亚等数十个国家现场手术,仅中国基地就现场培训了32个国家1192名医生。两次受国家委派在“一带一路”高峰论坛上报告中国原创技术发挥了“促进民心相通”的巨大作用,受到世卫组织总干事的高度赞誉。新技术以“降低成员国医疗服务能力差异”的巨大贡献获得“世界卫生组织科技创新奖”,并开创性地被联合国评选为全球推广的医疗项目,获得联合国资金及全球体系的支持进行推广。
