Personal Profile
张健，主任医师，博士研究生导师，北京协和医学院长聘教授，FSEC，FACC，Honorary FHFSA。中国医学科学院阜外医院心力衰竭中心、心衰重症监护病房HFCU主任，国家卫生健康委心血管药物临床研究重点实验室主任，中国医学科学院阜外医院药物与实验伦理委员会主任委员，阜外医院学术委员会常委、副主任委员，国家心血管疾病重点实验室PI。 兼任国家心血管病专家委员会心力衰竭专业委员会常务副主任；国家心血管病专业质控中心专家委员会心衰专家工作组组长；中国医师协会心衰专业委员会主任委员；中华医学会重症医学学组副组长；《中华心力衰竭和心肌病杂志》总编辑；《Circulation：Heart Failure中文版》主编；《JACC：CardioOncology》顾问编辑；《International Journal of Heart Failure》国际编委；《Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine》特邀编辑等。担纲十二五、十三五等多项国家级重大重点专项项目，构建了国内最大规模心衰住院患者队列，创立了国内首个心力衰竭诊疗质量评价体系，开展了国内首个心衰诊疗质量评价研究，率先创建了多项生物标志物联合应用体系 ；主持参与国家自然科学基金、北京自然科学基金等四十余项国家和省部级重点项目及课题，在国际上率先报道调控心肌肥大、增殖、凋亡及损伤修复的新机制和新靶点。带领团队牵头完成四十余项国际国内多中心新药/器械临床研究及多项I-IV期、药代动力学/药效动力学（PK/PD）药物临床试验，包括作为国际PI牵头设计并执行Istaroxime-ADHF研究，作为中国PI牵头参与RELAX-AHF、ASCEND-HF、VICTORIA、EMPEROR-reduced、EMPEROR-preserved、GALACTIC-HF等多项国际知名的大型多中心心衰新药临床研究。以第一作者和（或）通讯作者身份在Circulation、JACC、Nature Cell Biology、European Journal of Heart Failure等心血管领域顶级期刊发表论著82篇，其中IF>20 2篇，IF>10 5篇，Nature子刊3篇，总影响因子191.84分，牵头撰写中外指南8部，出版各类著作10部，作为中国唯一受邀专家参与编写2项AHA/ESC心衰共识。2019年作为唯一亚洲专家被美国心衰学会授予Honorary Fellow；是ESC心衰指南编写工作组专家；多次受邀ESC、AHA、HFA等大会主持并发言。以第一完成人身份获得北京市科技进步二等奖、中华医学科技三等奖等奖项。2018年获第十一届“中国医师奖”，第二届国家名医盛典“国之名医，卓越建树奖”，2017年被评为“国家卫生计生委突出贡献中青年专家”，2015年被评为“北京协和医学院优秀教师”及“2014年度北京市师德先进个人”。近年主持的与申请项目相关的各类国家、省、市科技计划项目情况：1． 北京市自然科学基金，7222143，H-FABP在心肌淀粉样变中的作用机制及临床意义研究，主持2． 中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程项目，2020-I2M-1-002，心脏淀粉样变队列与精准分型研究，主持3． 国家自然科学基金委员会，面上项目，81873472，抑制p16保护心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用和机制研究，主持4． 科技部，国家重点研发计划，2017YFC1308300，慢性心力衰竭长期管理研究及评价和质控体系的建立，主持5． 科技部，国家重点研发计划，2017YFC1308301，构建慢性心衰全程规范化管理、质量控制及疗效评价体系，主持6. 科技部，十二五国家科技支撑计划，2011BAI11B08，急性心力衰竭诊断指标筛选危险分层评估及临床转归随访注册研究，主持代表性论文：1.
