陈柯萍，医学博士，主任医师，博士生导师，美国心律学会Fellow（FHRS），欧洲心血管协会Fellow（FESC），2018年被授予“国之名医”荣誉称号。 现任职中国医学科学院阜外医院心律失常中心副主任，心律二病区主任。以心律失常诊断和治疗为业务特长，尤其在心脏起搏器治疗心动过缓、植入型心律转复除颤器（ICD）预防心脏性猝死和心脏再同步治疗（CRT）心力衰竭等领域积累了丰富的经验。在起搏器、ICD和CRT术后管理方面，积累了非常丰富的经验，一直致力于推动国内开展起搏器、ICD和CRT患者术后程控和随访。在国内植入了第一例无导线起搏器，在国内率先开展了左束支起搏。 任中华医学会心电生理和起搏分会副主任委员，电生理女医师联盟主席，中国医师协会心律学专业委员会常委，卫生部心血管介入技术管理专家组成员、并担任《中华心律失常学杂志》、《中国循环杂志》、《中国心脏起搏与电生理杂志》、《心电循环杂志》等多个杂志编委。还参与了国内多部心律失常领域的指南制定。
