Personal Profile
吴炜,男,1977年出生,中国医学科学院北京协和医院心内科行政副主任,主任医师,教授,硕士生导师。2004年中国协和医科大学临床医学专业(八年制)博士毕业,导师赵永强教授、张抒扬教授。临床从事经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,科研主要涉及冠脉扩张发病机制、遗传性心肌病基因测序及功能研究。目前以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI文章30余篇,累计IF>100分。课题研究方向:1)针对特定的心血管遗传病、罕见病患者,通过建立队列、采集样本进行二代测序和后续数据分析,探究致病基因。同时体外建立病人来源多能干细胞(iPSC)并诱导分化为心肌细胞,通过功能学研究探究相关致病机制,目的是建立罕见心血管病精准分子诊断技术以及精准治疗方案。目前已经搭建了成熟的科研小组,建立了iPSC与心肌细胞研究平台。2)关注肿瘤免疫治疗相关心脏不良事件,建立临床队列并采用多组学分析的方法,开展免疫检查点抑制剂导致心肌炎的分子机制研究 一、主持或参加科研项目(课题)及人才计划项目情况: 1. 2020年北京市自然科学基金《SCN5A联合MYLK2基因联合突变导致J波综合征的致病机制及信号通路研究》(7202155),项目负责人。 2. 2017年中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程重大协同创新项目“心血管疾病大型生物样本库的深度挖掘与利用”(2017-I2M-2-002)课题二“心血管遗传病特异性生物样本的深度挖掘”,课题负责人。 3. 2016年国家重点研发计划精准医学专项“中国人群重要罕见病的精准诊疗技术与临床规范研究”(2016YFC0905102)的课题二“重要罕见病的精准诊疗新技术研究”, 课题负责人。 4. 2014年国家自然科学基金青年项目,81400187,《一个新的限制性心肌病致病基因鉴定及致病机制研究》,主要项目成员。 二、代表性文章 1.
