个人简介
Personal Profile
徐意瑶，女，主任医师、教授、硕士研究生导师。2002年毕业于中国协和医科大学，获博士学位。目前担任北京协和医院肝脏外科教授、主任医师，长期从事肝胆外科临床工作，擅长肝胆系统良、恶性肿瘤、肝内外胆管结石等疾病的诊治，对肝胆系统外科疑难和重症疾病的诊断及治疗有丰富的临床经验。作为第一作者和通讯作者在国内医学核心期刊发表论著10篇，SCI收录英文论文34篇，影响因子总分超过200分。

本研究团队在外泌体及其在肿瘤发展中的角色方面具有扎实的研究基础，团队成员曾参与多项与外泌体相关的研究项目，发表了数篇相关领域的SCI论文，涵盖外泌体的分离与鉴定、肿瘤微环境中的信号传导、以及肿瘤细胞间的通讯机制等。特别是在肝细胞癌的研究领域，已累积了大量的临床样本和相关的生物信息数据，曾成功构建了几种肝细胞癌细胞模型，用于研究肿瘤进展和药物筛选，并在前期的研究中得到了有效应用。
