男，48岁，吉林省白山市人。主任医师，教授，博士研究生导师。北京协和医院垂体疾病创新诊疗中心主任，中国垂体腺瘤协作组副组长兼秘书长，中华医学会行为医学分会儿童下丘脑垂体疾病学组组长，中国罕见病联盟下丘脑垂体疾病学组秘书长，主要负责并组织编写多部各亚型垂体腺瘤诊治规范及专家共识。承担国家自然基金及国家十二五重点课题等多项课题。擅长垂体腺瘤、颅咽管瘤、生殖细胞瘤等鞍区疾病的内镜手术治疗，在垂体MDT团队配合下于国内率先开展各类垂体柄占位活检；在功能性垂体腺瘤（如库欣病及生长激素腺瘤等）的手术及综合治疗方面有较深造诣。

北京协和医院垂体疾病创新诊疗中心团队，是一支集临床、科研、教学于一体的高素质、专业化队伍。团队汇聚了神经外科、内分泌科、放射科、病理科等多学科专家，形成了跨学科协作的诊疗模式。团队致力于垂体疾病的创新诊疗与基础研究，在神经内镜手术、单细胞转录组学、蛋白质组学等领域深耕细作。同时，团队还积极与国内外同行交流合作，推动垂体疾病诊疗技术的不断进步。在临床方面，团队以精准、微创、高效为特色，为患者提供个性化的治疗方案；在科研方面，团队注重基础与临床相结合，致力于揭示疾病本质，推动诊疗技术创新；在教学方面，团队注重培养学生的临床与科研能力，为医学事业培养更多优秀人才。
