Personal Profile

北京协和医院神经内科主任医师、教授、博士生导师,神经科主任,主要研究方向为脑小血管病,系统开展脑小血管病的临床和影像研究,重点关注脑小血管病的影像学特征及脑小血管病认知和步态障碍的发生机制。首创应用高分辨核磁和三维重建影像分析技术对血管周围间隙进行诊断,系统进行了血管周围间隙扩大的危险因素、临床表现和预后的相关性研究,在国际上首次报道血管周围间隙扩大和痴呆发病风险的相关性。2011年开始与中科院合作开发非干扰、定量化神经功能分析工具,相关研究成果已申请发明专利6项,获得国家科学技术二等奖1项,北京市科学技术一等奖1项,入选“2019年国家卫健委医疗健康人工智能应用落地30最佳案例”。设计并建立了北京顺义地区社区队列研究,应用定量化神经功能评价工具及影像评价方法对社区人群的神经功能进行长程随访研究,关注衰老相关神经功能改变的影响因素和相关机制。主持“863”、国家自然科学基金等国家级省部级科研项目5项,发表SCI研究论文40余篇。入选国家“百千万人才工程”,被授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号
