北京协和医院放射治疗科常务副主任（主持工作），主任医师、博士研究生导师。1995年起在北京协和医院放疗科工作，2007年UCSF访问学者，对恶性肿瘤精准放疗有很深的造诣，北京协和医院多个疑难病MDT专家，包括胸部肿瘤、头颈肿瘤、鼻颅底、结直肠肿瘤、肝胆肿瘤、胰腺肿瘤、疼痛、罕见病等。承担中国医学科学院放射肿瘤学研究生、北京协和医学院临床医学八年制以及进修生的临床带教和授课工作，带教研究生获得获“北京市优秀毕业生”荣誉称号。 科研方面，主要研究方向包括妇科恶性肿瘤、胃肠道肿瘤的精准放疗和各类肿瘤的近距离放疗技术。近5年来，主持、参与包括科技部重点研发项目、国自然基金在内的各项基金8项，在研经费300余万。以第一和通讯作者发表SCI论文47篇，累积影响因子175分。获授权国家专利20项，其中发明专利6项，转化1项。获得中华医学科技奖三等奖两项、北京医学科技奖二等奖一项，并多次获得北京协和医院医疗成果奖。 主要学术兼职：中华医学会放射肿瘤治疗学分会委员，近距离治疗学组组长；中国医师协会放射肿瘤医师分会委员，妇科肿瘤学组副组长；北京医学会放射肿瘤治疗学分会副主委兼秘书长；北京医师协会放疗医师分会副会长。
