徐英春教授, 中国医学科学院北京协和医院教授,博士研究生及博士后导师。现任北京协和医院检验科主任,兼任北京协和医学院临床检验诊断学系主任。国家卫生健康委全国真菌病监测网国家中心主任;国家卫s生健康委抗菌药物临床应用与耐药评价专家委员会办公室主任;国家卫生健康委合理用药专家委员会全国细菌耐药监测网质量管理中心负责人;国家卫生健康委主管医学参考报微生物与感染频道主编;中华医学会细菌感染与耐药防治分会副主任委员;中国医学装备协会检验医学分会主任委员;中国医院协会微生物管理专业委员会主任委员;欧洲临床微生物和感染病学会药敏委员会华人抗菌药物敏感性试验委员会(ChiCAST)主任委员;全球华人临床微生物暨感染学会(GCACMID)理事长;欧洲临床微生物感染疾病学会(ESCMID)合作实验室主任; 徐英春教授领导的团队,在组织申报和实施国家重大科技专项以及公益性卫生行业专项基金课题以及省部级重点实验室平台建设方面,积极开拓和创新, 主管的检验科质量管理 2008 年通过 ISO15189 认可, 2014 年通过美国CAP 认可。 2009 年被科学时报评选为“中国检验医学年度十大杰出青年学科带头人”。牵头国家高技术研究发展(“863”)计划课题,科技部重大专项子课题,国家自然基金、卫生部公益行业科研专项子课题,卫生行业标准、首都发展科研专项基金重点攻关等20余项。发表SCI论著近百篇,中文论著200余篇、主编书20余部,标准、指南、共识30余项。 在医院感染和细菌耐药方面,本研究中心牵头实施了多项耐药监测,包括:院内感染致病菌耐药性监测(Nosocomial Pathogens Resistance Surveillance, NPRS)、革兰阳性致病菌耐药性监测(Gram-positive Pathogens Resistance Surveillance, GPRS)、Etest及琼脂稀释法全国菌株耐药性监测(Surveillance by Etest and Agar dilution of Nationwide Isolate Resistance, SEANIR)、腹腔感染细菌耐药性趋势监测(Study for Monitoring Antimicrobial Resistance Trends, SMART)、国际多中心耐药性趋势监测(SENTRY)、中国侵袭性真菌感染监测网(China Hospital Invasive Fungal Surveillance Net, CHIF-NET)、北京侵袭性真菌感染监测网(Beijing Invasive Fungal Surveillance Net, BJIF-NET)等10余项,并且真菌监测项目纳入卫生部全国百家侵袭性真菌病监测体系。覆盖中国不同地区100多所教学医院。依靠所积累资源,专业组进行了大量有关病原诊断、分子流调、耐药机制、医院感染控制、新型抗菌药物评估方面的研究工作,近三年承担即临床药理项目近30项。培养硕士、博士20余名, 大多数学生获国家奖学金和市级优秀毕业生。 个人及所在团队曾获国家科学技术进步二等奖、北京市科学技术二等奖、中华医学科学技术二、三等奖、华夏医学科学技术奖三等奖、教育部科技进步奖二等、中国医院协会医院科技创新二等奖1项,“全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人”称号。
