主任医师，硕士生导师。主要研究方向为淋巴瘤诊治和造血干细胞移植，近年来在淋巴瘤的个体化治疗，尤其在T细胞淋巴瘤的综合治疗体系，以及肿瘤微环境和肿瘤相关免疫的机制和临床治疗的领域有较深入的研究和临床经验，在国内外发表多篇相关领域的文章，并得到基金的支持。作为硕士生导师及副导师指导多名协和医科大学硕士、博士研究生、博士后进行淋巴瘤相关预后分子学标志物及肿瘤微环境方面研究。
